"We had a lovely stay at the Novotel Barossa Valley. The views were great, overlooking the vineyards and hills, and the room was clean and spacious. They provided a portacot for our daughter, free of charge. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was slightly expensive but yummy. The pool was nice, however when we were there was overrun with bees. I am not sure if that is normal. "

On the second night of our stay, there was only one staff memmber on duty in the Bistro, and it must be said that Brodie provided exceptional service that night.
