"The service and staff are top notch to ensure you have an exceptional stay and experience. Very personable and an accommodating. The room and amenities were amazing with incredible views, and definitely worth the extra with access to the lounge 32. Lorenzo and staff very attentive. My cruise had a delayed embarkation and they accommodated a late check out and allowed me to stay in lounge until 4pm, and offered to walk part way to cruise terminal to assist with my bags!! As a solo traveler it can be a little awkward or anxiety provoking but they were so warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back!!!"

The personnel was very friendly, the premises are very clean, the room was comfortable with a coffee maker included (much appreciated!) though a little small, breakfast was abundant and location was great! It was close enough to downtown but not in the middle of it so we avoided the craziness of big cities."
