"The property was portrayed and priced as a 5 star property however it was anything but . the overall maintenance of the exterior and interior left a lot to be desired . The rear decked courtyard was unsafe Whilst inspecting the area upon arrival a section on the decking collapsed under my foot causing me to have to extricate my leg that penetrated the deck to the knee and caused abrasions to both sides of my leg . "The house was in the best location one could ask for at Mornington. Short 3min walk to the main street with shops, restaurant and cafes. Was also able to walk directly to the beach. Which was about 5-7min stroll. The house was great and fit all our 8 guests comfortably. Hanna was a great host and communicated with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely book this house again!"

"The house has 4 bedrooms, which we required. It is quite old and in tired condition. The TV in the family room does not work, there is a small TV in another room which is OK. the stove doors does not close, which is a common fault when they get old and are not maintained properly. We used the piano stool to hold it closed so we could cook. There is no BBQ, which is not a big deal provided that the stove is OK. We went to Mornington to play golf, which was enjoyable.."
