"Very nice. Had basic room first night and it was wonderful. They upgraded us for free the second night as they had a room available and it was way beyond any expectations we could have had. Such nice people. Very nice place. I wouldn’t call it a camp when it felt more like a resort. Really good food as well."

"I read the hotel per the instructions for the hotel to let them know my arrival date upon my checkout I was asked to pay when I had already prepaid and I was asked for my documents that I had printed from the site and was asked if they could keep them because they didn't have anything saying that I had paid. That wasn't okay."

"Quite precarious. The bathrooms are very bad. We did not sleep in the cabins because of the deplorable bathroom (dark and unhygienic) and took two rooms in the house. The rooms were acceptable, but later in the evening we got aware that there the bathrooms doe not have sinks for the showers. We discovered the sinks in a corner behind the toilet at the other end, which means you have to flood the whole bathroom including the toilet in order to get the dirt out, but you will finish your shower...

Camp Atupele

3.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"Stayed for a night with family. We had a squeaky clean and spacious room with fans and good mosquito nets (the place is high enough you don't even want aircon). Everybody was super nice and helpful, not least when we screwed up our booking and would have ended up paying a lot more than we did in the end. Breakfast was a bit basic but fair enough for a camp. We'll be back!"
