"There were only 4 cereal bowls we found, so plan accordingly. The heater didn’t work too well so it was cold until our very last day. The value was very good and overall we were happy. The lack of heat was the biggest bummer. There is a fireplace, bring firewood!"

"The house had enough rooms for our entire family. The house provided items for babies and toddlers, like booster seat, high chair, play pen and there was even a safety gate that came in handy with the little ones and the stairs. The game rooms were awesome for both the kiddos and adults. The house was very clean and close to main street and within walking distance to a tube and sled amusement area for the kids. Everyone had a great time."

"Such a cute cabin. Looks rustic on the outside, but nicely remodeled on the inside. But the owner kept the historic details. Perfect! The heat worked great. A large cozy sofa and ottoman and nice big TV was perfect for our family to enjoy holiday movies. Also a beautiful table with bench seat for meals and playing games. "This home has everything we needed for a 5-day stay to explore Joshua Tree National Park. The patio has a terrific view of the desert and hills in the background. We enjoyed relaxing there to watch the changing shadows on the hills as the sun set. We enjoyed the full moon from the hot tub as well! The owners are very friendly -- communication and check-in were both efficient, and their restaurant suggestion was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home to anyone...

"Went for my son’s 13th bday. It was really great. Had an issue w the spa but someone came out right away to help. It was a little difficult to get ahold of the host when we needed them, but we ended up talking with them and it worked out. One of the recliners on the edge of the couch doesn’t work so it needs to be fixed. Also the pool tables edge needs to be redone as it’s beat up and the balls don’t shoot off the way they should. One more thing.. my son was so looking forward to staying on...

"Nice classic A-frame in a good location- walk to the lifts and short trip to town. Relatively inexpensive when we stayed so that was also a plus. The place, however, is quite bare-bones. The interior smells of old wood lacquer giving it a sweet almost curry-like smell- not unpleasant just noticeable. The applicances are not necessarily old but they are the absolute cheapest models so are pretty crappy. Cabinets and drawers were a bit dirty. Having a washer and dryer in our unit was a bonus. My husband was very happy to have the golf course basically walking distance. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance so I would suggest having a car rental which we did so it wasnt an issue."
