Overall experience was excellent. Location fantastic. Hotel a great size meaning you can move around the hotel and exit the hotel in good time.
Check in time can be quite long. Online check in does not work fir a UK customer and self service check in at the hotel didn't work either

Smells like smoke. There was a long line up at the check in desk. I learned on my own that there was a self check in kiosk. No one around to assist.

"When we arrived they informed us that they did not have the rooms that I had reserved so they took us to another cheaper, not as nice hotel with no hot water. We paid more for our rooms which we did NOT get than the rooms cost at the new hotel. And did not get a refund."
