"My family stayed here for a week for our summer vacation before school started again! We loved it! I have 2 small children (4 and 3) and they really enjoyed staying here as well! I would recommend if you have small children to bring a baby gate just for safety with the stairs. I did communicate with the owner before coming and she did let me know that there was not one there at the moment(we brought one with us). I really appreciate how quick and kind the owners are!"

"We had a friend-cation and our entire group LOVED the location, the hiking, fishing, swimming, etc. The property owner was responsive and friendly. Kitchen was well-stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, and pans. A/C worked well. If cell service is top priority, you may need to travel as the location is remote and not all of us had cell service. Wi-fi is available and of moderate speed. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. It was such an enjoyable location and quaint home....

Which was exactly what we were looking for! The privacy of the cabin and the woods and small stream next to the cabin were also great! All around was an awesome experience and we will definitely be booking again!"

"We loved the location and how quiet it was. We brought our dog and she got along with the sweet dogs on the property. I don't recommend this place for a romantic getaway or to anyone who doesn't like bugs. There are no frills. We were happy with the kitchen, the DVD collection, and the cleanliness of beds.
