" The house was perfect for our family. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the fish jump in the river. Super quiet street - just the escape we needed - yet close to everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and the large yard. We had trouble with the front door keypad but Phil was super apologetic and took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again! "

"This is our 4th year staying here and we love it! It’s in a perfect location and the dock can accommodate our 21’ boat and our sons 17’ boat. Plenty of room for the trailers. The house is always clean and they added a cute manatee mural in the dining room. With 6 of us there is plenty of room where you’re not bumping into each other. The pool is an added bonus! I love that I can bring my fur baby. We had a little emergency with her, so if you ever awesome!"

"My dad, my grandmother, my sister and I and our spouses and kids met here for thanksgiving. The large table with views of the rainbow river was a perfect place for a perfect meal. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space. We used the kayaks and tubes and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you so much for opening your property to us "

"I loved this property! We went to the cabins to celebrate my birthday. We knew ahead of time that the cabin we rented did not have AC, however, I called the owner to let her know our ETA, and we found out the cabin with the AC (runs on a generator) was available, and she was so accommodating and allowed us to stay in the comfort cabin instead.
