"Nicely designed and well-furnished home with a massive yard for our pup to run and play in the snow! Ben was very communicative and let us know about a temporary internet outage that was promptly resolved within a couple hours. The home is very clean and has everything you need for a lovely winter getaway. We didn’t go skiing this time, but it is close to the town of Stowe and the slopes. "The house is absolutely gorgeous and well appointed. However, no local property manager to talk to—all third party texts via Vicasa not VRbo. No internet the entire time we were there. Very frustrating. Signs to recycle but no recycle bins, and an envelope to tip the housekeeping staff was left. WHAT??? Cleaning is part of the cost of the unit—and no one came in to clean while we were there. In all honesty the people with whom I texted to complain were all professional and tried to help us....
