"Beautiful little mountain town. Long (owner) was very responsive to any concerns. We were anticipating 3 bathrooms and only 2. Kitchen chairs were unstable and coming apart at joints. Not very clean but we also checked in early due to arriving early from overnight flight from US."

"Apartment was super clean and well furnished. The bed and the entire apartment were very comfortable. There is a nice area outside the back door where we ate some meals. It has a retractable awning so you can have shade or sun. Fred, the owner, met us at the property and showed us around and introduced us to the neighbor. "I thought it would be like a Hampton Inn but H4 is much better. Very comfortable. A little street noise but with windows closed, absolutely silent. Got great sleep. Underground parking- fee. A little narrow (as everywhere in Germany) but we had no problems with our somewhat large station wagon. Some spaces have mechanical racks to park 2 cars-- operated by the hotel, not customer! Overflow parking 3 minute walk away. Small supermarket across the street. Other shopping and restaurants in walking...
