"Absolutely loved our stay at Somerville hotel, everything was just perfect when we arrived, the bed was incredible it was so so so comfy, and the breakfast was delicious!!! "Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "
