"Our family had a great time. The staff were all very patient and cheerful. Rooms were VERY clean. Some of the lights didn't work, and the stairs are iffy. The pathways/stairs in the back are uneven and if you have small kids or mobility issues could be a problem. We had the cannibal tub and sauna for a few hours and it was worth it after a long say of driving/hiking. Will for sure come back without the kids!! "
