"We only stayed one night passing through Bateman's Bay but the property was as expected from a renovated motor inn type property. It was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, crisp sheets, clean bathroom, lots of towels, bar fridge, kettle/toaster etc Sofa didnt have much room around it so it was tricky to access and no dining table/chairs so might be a bit awkward for a longer stay - but it was fine for us for one night. "This property was great, only fault was the noise of the fountain in the lake overnight was annoying when trying to sleep. Otherwise extremely happy with everything else and the receptionist was super lovely and helpful. "
