Excellent value for price. Stayed with wife and two kids. All enjoyed. It was a fun experience. It is a hostel so keep that in mind, but clean, very friendly, and food was really tasty. Would stay there again.

This was perfect for what we needed. We were there to explore so didn’t need a fancy room. The room was very basic, reflective of the price. It is noisy, like everywhere we stayed in Africa, earplugs (and sleeping mask) go a long way. The staff arranged very reasonably priced airport pickup (shared shuttle) and tours for us. Would highly recommend the day trip to waterfall/coffee/hot springs $75usd/pp totally worth it! The Kilimanjaro day hike (16km) wasn’t worth it for us $150usd/pp and no real view at the top, not their fault, it is a popular hike and cheaper than other companies, it just was a big let down in terms of views. The rooftop patio is a great place to chill out and the food is very affordable and tasty. Views of Kilimanjaro. Staff are friendly and helpful. This place is ideal for budget travellers.
First, the guy in the receptionist wanted charge extra money, wanted put me in a lower room, at the end, they send me to another hotel same brand, and the experience was not good at all. Mattress are old, furniture broken, taps broke, hot water depends go to the reception to switch it, and feeling observed all the time, no privacy.}

Good value
Very friendly staff. Okay breakfast (you can ask for an omelette or scrambled eggs with toast) but no good coffee included (they make a thermos of "black coffee" but it's basically water with some coffee powder in it), you can buy an espresso/cappuccino etc., though. Really good vegetarian curry for a good price at the restaurant! The standard of the rooms is what you would expect for this price. I had a private room with a bathroom for myself which I appreciated. Nice rooftop where you will meet other travelers and share travel tips. Very noisy, so take your earplugs with you!!!
