"We had a beautiful stay at Orta San Guilio - the appartment is top located and perfect for a family of four. We loved the windows and the layout of the flat, especially the rooms in the 1st floor. Kitchen has everything you need. You should accept the offer to rent a private parking garage for a fee of 10 Euro/day. Your car is safe and no need to look for one of the rare parking lots."

"As a party of 4 friends, we stayed for 3 nights. Carolina has a lovely apartment with a big balcony looking over the lake and separate garden area with lake access. She was really helpful and welcoming. There are local restaurants to walk to and a boat available over to Orta - its a lovely tranquil place to stay. "

Nous avons dû dormir à 35 degrés avec des fenêtres ouvertes et une route très bruyante. Annonce précisant un bain à remous non présent. Après réclamation, Abritel se décharge sur l'hôte et vice versa. Problème de traduction ou autre, le constat est que nous avons quitté les lieux après une nuit, sans dédommagement ni remboursement à ce jour. Dommage..."

"We stayed at this property with our toddler. The communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The property is very pretty and has everything you need. But some things potentially need updating. Pella is a very small village with a good ice cream place and a small shop directly opposite the property which sells very yummy pizza."

"Bon séjour chez Manuella. Manuella et sa famille sont très gentils. Très bel appartement. Un petit bémol toutefois sur les escaliers pour l'appartement à l'étage. Ils sont en métal et pas pleins, mon chien a eu du mal à les monter. Sinon, belle petite plage privée, eau magnifique et chaude. N'hésitez pas à y séjourner. "We had a beautiful stay at Catherine Gianni's house. The house is clean and tidy and supplied of everything you may need, it's not big but more than enough for a family of 4, the external little garden is for sure a plus. A 3 minutes walk takes to the lakeside and to the village of Pella that actually doesn't offer a lot but is quiet and pleasant, from there you can utilize boat services that connect all the villages on the lake and the island. "Walter and Tina are lovely and gentle hosts. They will do everything they can to make you happy. The lovely garden has a (small) swimming pool and lake view. You have also access to a lovely private beach at the Lake, which is a bonus. The appartment has everything you need. There is a lot to do and see in the lago d’Orta region. We had a lovely time."

"Our family of two adults and one teenager had a lovely week at Frey 1. The description and pictures of the house matched perfectly, all though the pictures from the different flats are mixed. Very nice and helpful owners, smooth checkin and checkout. We used the Tennis court several times and it was in good condition and there is a fantastic view of lake Orta from the court. We used the outdoor area and pool a lot and there is plenty of space for everybody (neighbors), only thing to look out for...
