This was unusual but the hotel had a porter on hand to take our cases to our room when we checked in and out of the hotel. Other than this slight inconvenience, our stay was just excellent. "Great hotel in the centre of Vienna just a couple of minutes walking distance away from the Opera, main shopping area and other atractions like the Hofburg. Very nice restaurant and bar with a lot of food and drink options. The spa is ok including an indoor pool and jackuzzy but the water temperature of the pool was to cold."
