"At first, I thought the hotel was a little sketchy. It has a very small elevator, which you have to take up one floor to reach the reception desk. The "Reception" is just a small office that seems pretty outdated. But the place really grew on me after a couple days. The room was very nice, the beds very comfortable, and it was very quiet despite being in a busy part of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "The hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk around and close to the metro. The staff were all very nice. The only issue I had was my room window curtain. My room was near the hallway, and every time someone walked past, the hallway lights would come on. My room’s window curtains weren't thick enough to block the light, so I kept getting woken up. "

"If you want a nice, peaceful, away from everything kind of place, then this is your stop. Up on top of the mountains, you have a fantastic view all around you. It is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully. The rooms are quite basic, no fridge, soap stuffs, but it is still a great lodge. The owners are very nice and amazing folks who will do what they can to make your stay pleasant. This was definitely a relaxing stay for me."

"Our stay was perfect! Our kids (8,6 and 4) had a blast with all the animals - Guinea pigs, bunnies, new kittens. Anita was a fantastic hostess. She always had suggestions for us of things to do in the area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. It was such a relaxing and lovely place.
