"Extremely bad service, breakfast is pathetic with barely anyone to serve. Rooms are decent, bathrooms smell. The manager Tara doesn’t really care as he has the Lords name. By far the worst Lords property I have stayed in many years of being with the brand. The only advantage is the proximity to Reliance. There are many nicer and older options in the area. "

"Please do not trust the pictures you see on the site. the hotel looks nothing like this. Jamnagar is a remote town so it’s difficult to get around but this hotel is also unwilling to help too. The staff are very intimidating towards women and three members of staff banged on my friends room door and demanded she gave them money. She was so scared we had to leave. Food was poorly cooked and limited in options and the check in procedure took ages. My bed obviously hasn’t had new sheets put on...

"Broken shower broken air conditioner broken sealing fan got a phone call from reception around 22:10 night not 10:10 day time to come reception with passport visa and prove of address for 2nd time the reception boy was checking every page in the passport maybe for a £50 note when I asked him why he is checking the pages in the passport he told me for visa oci owners don’t need visa again he start with hotel policy I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE "
