"Property was basically brand new! The room was in very good condition. The shower room was wonderful, as was the heated seat toilet. We were 5 staying there; 3 adults, a 2 year old and a 3 year old. I had my own room while my son’s family shared the other end of the unit. Parking was another 1,000 yen, but that was explained up front on the web site. "

"今回3回目の滞在です。 今回、冷蔵庫の中など、清掃の行き届いていない場所がありました。 こんなことは初めてですが。 当方、２歳の卵アレルギーのある子供がおりまして、ホテルではうっかりビュッフェで玉子入りの何かを取ってはと思い自炊のできる当施設に3回目の滞在でした。 にもかかわらず、冷蔵庫に前の方々の食料品が残っており、全く覚えのないゆで卵などがありました。子供の手の届く位置ではなかったので幸いでしたが、今回は本当に残念で仕方ありません。 また、台所にラップがなく、また温かい飲み物用に利用できるマグカップが2つしかなく、大人４人と子供2名の滞在では不便でした。 前の口コミ投稿に記載した通り、浅いプールがあるので、小さな子供連れにはおすすめです！ 今回、5世帯の旅行で15名、A棟、B棟、の2棟を借りて過ごしましが、お湯が尽きることもなく快適にプールもお風呂も満喫できました。 次回、清掃が行き届いていることを願います！"

"Overall, my stay at Churaumi Terrace was excellent. The facility was cozy and had everything you need. The area is tranquil and the view was amazing. A convenient store is close by that is open 24 hrs, which is good as well. However, you will need some sort of transportation to get to most places. Nothing is really walking distance away."

"Pro was definitely the location. Quick walk to great beaches. The front office staff was friendly and it was nice to be able to rent a car and bikes right from the property. Con was how dirty the room was. It was so bad we actually made a trip to Daiso and bought cleaning supplies so we could wipe it down ourselves. Ants were all over the room and property too. "今回は祖父母含む家族８人で宿泊させてもらいました。 一軒家プール付きで、子供達は周りを気にする事なく景色の良いプールを満喫できました。 また、近くにイオンビッグがあり小さい子連れでも買い物にも困らず過ごす事ができました。 空港からは少し距離がありますが、静かでのんびり過ごすには良かったです。 残念な点は、１日目シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて洗髪もままならず全員入浴に苦労しました。翌日に管理の方に話をするとすぐに対応していただき水圧は十分なほどになりましたが、できれば宿泊前に点検してもらえていれば大変な思いをすることなく快適に過ごせたのかなと思います。 また機会があれば宿泊させてもらいたいと思います。お世話になりました。"
