El hotel no es barato y los amenities brillan por su ausencia, un simple jabón de manos que hace la función de gel de baño un shampoo y un acondicionador es lo único que hay. El estado de las toallas en la habitacion, spa y piscina es deplorable, la calidad del juego de cama de cálida inferior a lo que uno paga. La piscina fría. "This was an excellent hotel that was pristine! The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure and hot water was the best in Mexico! The pool was clean and inviting as are the grounds. It was tranquil and close enough to town for an easy walk or ride to the center. There were even bikes to use. Definitely recommend!"

"Nice remote hotel. You truly get disconnected since signal in the area is poor and so is their wifi. The installations look nice but their staff could benefit from some training. They are a bit slow and not as "service"-like as you get in other hotels in the area. Renting a car is recommended, since there are no taxis or uber in the area, and they charge high for them to take to you nearby areas. "
