"The property is 20 minutes from Waterville Valley resort. It is quiet and makes a good base for winter activities. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The indoor pool, hot tub and games are great for families."

"The house was high up a winding mountain road and truly had spectacular views of the mountains. It had everything we needed for cooking for a large group. The owner provided excellent information before and during our trip. We were there during a snowstorm and the road was plowed quickly but definitely recommend a car with good traction as it was a little nerve-wracking driving on snowy roads. "Very peaceful place with great sun sets & night skies; outdoor space is fantastic, even in the winter but indoors is a bit tight for 12 people & 3 dogs (2 bedrooms are tiny; 1 bedroom is next to oil tank w/o windows so not ideal hangouts; dining table is small requiring eating in shifts; plus hot water runs out after 1-2 showers and iron sediments may appear in the water!). If you don’t mind these nuisances (we didn’t) it’s an amazing place to spend time together … can highly recommend it! "
