"View wise it's a fantastic location. Unfortunately the road it's on is super busy and crossing to get to lake feels dangerous. They are clearly in the middle of renovations, we had a newer room, brand new paint and carpets and bluetooth built in to bathroom mirror which was super cool. However, no safety bars in bathroom, nor a shelf in bathroom and floors are super slippery when wet, and no dresser or places to put or hang clothes so I hope they are still a work in progress.
