THE SPACE:
Main Level
Parking and Front Entrance – As you walk up, there is a front driveway that fits up to three cars parallel parked and the front entrance to the home is down two short sets of steps.
Foyer and Laundry Closet – When you enter the home, there are plenty of hooks for bags and jackets and storage for shoes and boots just inside the door. The laundry closet is at the end of the hall with a new stack washer dryer and laundry basket.
Den/Office/Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 2) – To the right, the first room you come to is the Den. Use as a fourth bedroom with the new pullout queen sofa bed, an office with high speed internet, monitor, chair, and desk, or as a cozy den for movies and puzzles. There is a smart TV, computer monitor, rocking chair and footstool, bookshelf with games and books, a guitar, SNES, dog bed, and a trunk coffee table that holds the linens for the bed. There is also a sound machine, black-out curtains, and a lamp.
Kitchen – Straight ahead is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything a chef needs to create and serve gourmet meals (just add your groceries!) including two sets of dishware and glasses, a Kitchenaid mixer, a slow cooker, hand mixer, blender, four-person toaster, rice maker, cook and bakeware, and serving dishes. There is a coffee bar with single cup or whole pot options, a dishwasher, an air purifier, and an ice maker in the fridge. Basic spices, coffee, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and paper towels are provided.
Dining – In the kitchen is a full-size dining table with two chairs and two long benches that seats 8, as well as bar seating for four, and a toddler highchair. The connected covered balcony back porch has a second table that seats four, and there is a table for 6 in the backyard.
Bunk Room (Sleeps 4) – Leaving the kitchen and heading down the hall on the left is the bunk room. Two built in twin bunk beds (four twin beds). Each bed has its own outlet, small shelf, and wall light. An oscillating fan, black out wooden blinds, and noise machine are provided. There is also built-in shelving under the pink bunk with plenty of room for storage and lots of hooks for hanging.
Lake Bedroom (Sleeps 2) – Continuing on, the Lake Bedroom has a new queen Zinus mattress, two nightstand dressers with storage and lamps, a smart TV, small desk, spacious closet with hangers, plenty of hooks for jackets and sweaters, a full-length mirror, and custom handmade wall art. There is great afternoon light from the window, black-out curtain, a sound machine, alarm clock, and plenty of outlets for charging devices.
Lake Bathroom – The hall bathroom is across from the bunk room and Lake bedroom and has a bathtub, many hooks for towels and robes, three shelves for storage, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and tissues are provided.
Mountain Bedroom and Bathroom (Sleeps 2) – The primary room on the right has a new queen Zinus mattress, two custom floating nightstands with storage, outlets, and wall lamps, smart TV, writing desk and chair with lamp, a dresser, bench with storage, spacious closet with hangers, plenty of hooks for jackets and sweaters, a full-length mirror, and custom handmade wall art. There are breathtaking sunrise views from the bed, black-out curtains on both windows, a sound machine, alarm clock, and plenty of outlets for charging devices.
Mountain Bathroom - The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, great morning natural sunlight, more hooks for towels and robes, three shelves for storage, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and tissues are provided.
Bottom Level
Living Room – Head down the stairs from the main level and you'll find the finished, walk out basement, with French doors leading to the backyard. Curl up in the oversized, leather, reclining couch and sofa in front of the stone (electric) fireplace with a book or games from the shelf. There is an air purifier, shoe and coat rack, and large storage unit.
Sauna and Powder Room – Unwind and relax in the brand new, custom, double bench, cedar sauna. The sauna seats between four to six people and has a timer, fan, and dimmable lighting. Hooks for towels and robes and a sound machine are just outside the door. The downstairs powder room is directly next to the sauna with extra towels, a toilet and vanity. Hand soap, toilet paper, and tissues are provided.
Garage Game Room – The garage game room has a pool table, ping pong table, dartboards, projector TV, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink). It holds plenty of seasonal extras to make your stay more enjoyable. Inflatable paddleboards and kayaks, sleds, coolers, camp chairs, yard games, telescopes, and more. There is secure indoor storage for bikes, skis/snowboards, golf clubs, etc. The room is not climate controlled, but has an electric fireplace and insulated door for winter months and a screen in the garage door for warmer months and we have comfortably used it year round.
Backyard and Parking – Out of the French doors off the living room is a bonfire/firepit area with a large charcoal grill and outdoor dining table for six. The back entrance has a second driveway up a hill with room for two cars. Depending on weather conditions and vehicle capability, this driveway is not always accessible.

By booking 100 Maple at Bryce Resort, you are agreeing to follow and comply with all house and HOA rules listed here and in the rental agreement. A rental agreement must be signed before your booking can be completed and access to the home will be provided. Failure to follow these rules and warnings may result in fees, fines, personal injury, damage to the property, and/or the termination of your stay. In lieu of a security deposit, a $500 hold or charge on your credit card is required one week prior to the arrival date. If, at the end of the rental period, the rental property is returned undamaged and clean beyond normal wear and tear, the hold will be released in full.
