"It is well priced with a good bed. The room had an old split AC unit which was a bit noisy and functioned also had a tv. It is in need of renovation but then the price will go up. Its a little noisy before 10pm ehen people out the back area playing pool and the shower head holder is broken, so take a roll of tape with you so you dont have to hold the shower head. "The negatives: The floors were dirty, our feet were basically black when walking around. Underneath the beds had rubbish and items leftover from previous guests.
