"Kitchen was marginally equipped for cooking. Different features were of average quality. Drawers in kitchen performed poorly. Bathroom was marginal. No plug for sink or tub until we asked. Washer worked, dryer was terrible and we had to hang clothing around to dry. Beautiful property. Landscaping exceptional but interiors were lacking."

"I don’t know how this hotel has so many good reviews and high cleanliness rates. Our room was outdated, marks everywhere on carpet and walls - to the point they had taped corners up. It was not clean at all with marks on the bedsheets, mouldy shower and clogged drain, dishes were dirty. A lot was broken - microwave didn’t work, part of the shower broken, lamp broken, and bits of the washing machine. Service was extremely unfriendly at reception. Parking was the only perk but that’s what you get staying in a location so far from town. The heat pump was loud but didn’t work efficiently either. Definitely not a 4 star hotel and not worth the cost. "
