I come in to town every other month for business and I usually stay across the highway. This time I decided to check this place out and let me just say, I have definitely been missing out. Very clean, so cozy, comfortable and all around A plus. Breakfast was really good, plenty of options to choose from. Shower was amazing, plenty of hot water for a nice shower. I will definitely be staying here from now on.

This hotel is not worth the $123 per night. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. We could hear noise from the room upstairs. Toilet did not flush properly. Shower door stopper piece was broken and laying on the floor. Staff was professional and courteous.

The hotel was clean, however there was a weird smell in the hallway. Thankfully it didn’t carry into our room but it was very strong outside. Our AC didn’t cool, it was cool enough since the temperature outside wasn’t high but it didn’t cool as we expected it to.

I love the shower!! It's better than some of these so called luxury hotels. The decor is really nice. But as usual the snacks are over priced, but as we travel that seams to be the norm. We will stay here again our next visit to Mt. Pleasant, Texas.

Very friendly and helpful woman at the front desk. Overall, a nice place to stay. Pet owners should be aware of the steep $75/night pet fee. Unfortunately that information isn’t otherwise available on Hotels.com.
