We happened to do both and the fishing was very good, especially when we canoe floated from the end of the Lewistown Narrows to Mifflintown (approx. 4 miles). "Had a nice relaxing weekend. House was very clean and comfortable. Right on Penns Creek. Husband was able to fish. Met the owner when he stopped by on Saturday morning. Very nice gentleman. Able to unwind and recharge. Pavillion with grill, table and propane fire pit was very nice. "

"This property was even better than the listing described it. We were a big group and had more than enough room for everyone with beds to spare. We couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. There was nothing we didn’t have. The property owner was so responsive to minor things and was kind and easy to work with. Pool area was amazing and the kids lived in it all week. Everything felt upscale and luxurious. Property was spectacular and beautiful. I can’t say enough great things. "
