"We stayed at this property for the Highlands F&W festival and couldn’t have asked for a better house. I have rented many homes before so I have a baseline of what to expect, this house exceeded! Great mix of antiques and quality pieces, not cheap rental furniture. The layout is ideal especially with multiple couples as each group can have their own “wing”. We loved turning the fire on each morning and making breakfast while staring out at the pond. Location can’t be beat if you want the walk...

"We LOVED the little tiny house! It was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The area is GORGEOUS! We enjoyed downtown Franklin and nearby Highland and the waterfalls on the drive between the 2 towns. Look forward to next time. "

"Even though we showed the weekend that Hurricane Helene came through. The property was beautiful. I contacted the owner and she very prompt in answering my questions. Even though we were without power for a day and half (because of the storm). It was just so beautiful at this property. I have annual conference at the Dillard House and I have stayed in a 5 different cabins during these conferences this was by far the best!"

"We caught the peak color for leaf peeping and the river had plenty of fish. The cabin easily accommodated all 7 of us. We had everything we needed for birthday celebrations and Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely plan to stay again "
