"The property was quit so we were able to get a good nights rest both nights we were there. The room was neat and comfortable but not updated recently The breakfast on Saturday was lacking at best Eggs were never brought to the dining area so our breakfast was a couple pieces of sausage since we are on a carb free diet. Sunday we checked out and ate elsewhere in town as we continued our journey"

"My two brothers and I stayed here for a fly fishing trip. It is a great location for fly fishers who want to fish the area. Its ideally located between Cotter and Norfork, making its a quick drove to many fly fishing hot spots in the area. "While I appreciate the contact from the host both during our stay and beforehand the house was dirty upon arrival and there was a very unpleasant odor. The floors, bathrooms and general wiping of surfaces needed attention. The bedding appeared to be freshly laundered. The host contacted me within the first 24 hours, I did not mention it thinking that at that point what could be doneā€¦in addition there are some rotting boards on the deck which could cause injury if someone were to step on that...
