"From start to finish we had such an amazing stay. The property was even better than advertised, the pictures although gorgeous cannot capture what the property is. We will be renting again as everyone had such a great time. We were close enough to see what we wanted to see but honestly we could have stayed at the property the entire time there was plenty to do and see. Looking forward to returning!!"

"We loved, loved, loved our time in this cozy cottage. We roasted marshmallows at the firepit by the dock, we entertained friends with the barbecue and we never ate inside as there's a lovely dining table for six outside with beautiful lakeviews. Our host was communicative and helpful. Directions to the house were difficult for us and our friends but we figured it out. We can't wait to return and make new memories. "

"The ad said the camper was nearly new, which it was not. We had a time to meet Jake, but he came and left early so we didn't get an intro. It was okay cleanliness wise, except the refrigerator was gross, and the shower curtain had dead bugs wrapped up in it. The cabinets were all very full, so we didn't have any place to put our food without moving stuff around. Then we had ants. The bed was very comfortable. We slept great. This is what we wanted it for, so wasn't disappointed in that. We used the camper for a family reunion, not a campground, and didn't want a "rustic, campy" experience. If we'd known just how small it was, and how far from nearly new it was, we might not have chosen it. However, it was still the best option for us. Overall, I would recommend it again. Just know what you are getting. And make sure that Jake has it all cleaned before you accept it."

"Charming lakefront home, immaculately clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. A big plus was the fact that the homeowners supplied all the towels and linens. You could literally unpack your suitcase and enjoy the wonderful views off the large waterfront deck. Sunsets were amazing!! There were plenty of outdoor seating spaces to enjoy the property and the lovely landscaping. We are boaters, so having the easily accessible dock for our boat was great. As MM Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in NH, swimming was fabulous! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation!!"

"My family stayed there in the July 4th weekend, Jake recommended the best location to watch fireworks, it was our first time watching fireworks so closely! During our stay, everyone enjoyed our time there, my son enjoyed the big TV and popcorn, my husband liked the deck a lot, my daughter liked the firm king size bed, and I liked the quietness and the big sofa for resting. Overall, we were comfortable there."
