Old crowd-Quiet Time
My husband and I planned a get away with our elderly parents (all nearing 80 or older). We selected this place because of the serenity it offered. We were not disappointed. Mountain View has so many quaint small-town activities and many were free. We enjoyed watching and some participating in the square dancing and the outdoor music at the courthouse. The town and the people there are so kind and helpful to visitors. We planned excursions to a cave and waterfalls that were easy walks for our parents to enjoy. When they needed rest, my husband and I would slip away for more active hikes and fishing. It was perfect for everyone.

The house and view of the river were just as described. The neighborhood was great with wonderful restaurants close by. We shopped the antique stores in Mountain View and visited Blanchard Springs while there.

Wonderful Experience
The house is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the river. It's a quick drive to Blanchard Springs, Mt. View, the Ozark Folk Center and many restaurants. Although we didn't use the fire pit, it was so nice that wood was provided for it. Most places we have stayed don't do that. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen and that there were both gas and charcoal grills. Lots of comfortable seating in back patio/yard area was also a great bonus.

Work trip
Two coworkers and I stayed for a week while we were working at Blanchard Springs Caverns. We were very comfortable and found everything that we needed. We fished two days after we worked at the river adjacent to the house. We would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

We all enjoy Tranquility cabin, the view to the white river is beautiful. The location is great close to Mountain View downtime, the caverns, horse riding and more. We all relax and enjoy this place for the weekend. The communication with Tonya was excellent.

House is clean and well kept. The heater upstairs didnt work in one room but owner was nice enough to bring us an electric heater until they can fix it. Great backyard view and we feel safe in the area.

The property was clean and in a good neighborhood. However, the access to the river was not available from the property. Had to walk down road and gain access from a different property between a garage and another house. The access was very steep and hard to get down to river. Was told property had its own access. Home clean and nice. The surrounding area and the town of Mountain View was friendly and community oriented. loved the live band on the square. A lot of activities outside of the property. Enjoyed hiking and seeing all the wonderful nature things to do. Fishing the White River was Excellent.
