We stayed while out of town on a bowling trip. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had and very easy to work with. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here, despite initially being concerned about the nature of the space. We were expecting a private apartment but found that this is a finished basement in a family home. The apartment has stairs leading up to the main part of the home. There are shared spaces, like an office and an unfinished portion that is used for storage. On the first night, as we were trying to figure out where the bedrooms were, we stumbled upon these rooms and weren't sure whether to expect the presence of the owner. I also found that the bathroom wasn't especially clean. The owner did take time to meet with us and discuss our concerns and assured us that the space would not be intruded upon and also that he had personally cleaned it. He and his wife followed-up with us throughout our stay from that point forward to make sure we were happy. I mention it being a basement in a home because you will be aware that the family is there. While they were awake, you could hear voices and walking around, but by the later evening hours, it was fairly quiet (aside from the AC system, which was noisy in the one bedroom). That said, the pros easily outweigh the cons. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The space was beautifully appointed and mostly new feeling. The location is fantastic and there is a beautiful view from the patio leading to the apartment door. I would certainly stay here again despite a few quirks of the property.

Property was great… location was great…. Communication directly with homeowner was great but communication with third party broker (evolve)was not… did not get check in codes until asked for them. Dryer was not functionable even tho listed in description. Overall stay was great!
