Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, biotope. Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing). Heating to be paid on the spot. Motor access to the house (1.8 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.8 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, café 4 km, bus stop 1.8 km, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake 150 m. Tennis 5 km. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The apartment has beautiful beams and is decorated with pieces of folk art.
