"Very dirty apartment. Please see the pictures. The toilet tank of one of the bathroom was not working.
Location was great.

"The apartment was perfect for our stay. There was construction going on out in the street and also in the building. Noisy at times but for the amount of time spent in the apartment it was acceptable. The water pressure was very low, showering wasn’t the greatest. Sorry for the negative things but the biggest problem that should be fixed is the water pressure."
"The facilities in the house are cheap and inconvenient to use. Cockroaches and ants were found in the house. Customer service generally did not respond to any of my requests. The only door that can be opened for ventilation is the balcony. There is a construction site outside. There is noise from huge drills and excavators every day. "Really great stay, lovely big rooms and nice facilities - staff were so helpful when I wasn’t feeling very well, and helped me with an early check in. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely stay at the Grand Hotel. The rooms could do with a refresh however. We had no specific issues. Food was lovely, staff attentive and helpful. Breakfast had good variety. Pool was lovely. Getting into and out of the underground parking was a mission as it was so steep! "
"We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Good selection of food and drink options and would highly recommend the breakfast option. Family oriented hotel that is quiet as it is located just outside the Paceville area of St. Julians. The hotel is very clean and met our expectations in every way."
