"Five of us stayed very comfortably. We could have easily had twice that many. There was a misunderstanding about towels and such. It was entirely my fault. This was my first experience with a self-service place and I didn’t read the instructions completely. Complicated by a bit of a language barrier. Otherwise, everything was perfect."

"Wir waren mit 20 Personen in der Unterkunft um unser Sommerfest zu feiern. Die Lage ist super, 5min mit dem Auto vom Südufer des Kirnbergsees entfernt. Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen. Für 20 Personen war ausreichend Platz, sowohl an dem großen Esstisch, als auch im Wohnbereich und draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen"

"Fantastic house, stunning location. The house was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 7 children without getting under each others feet. Manfred was excellent at communicating with us, very prompt replies with good advice. Mr and Mrs Hess were absolute stars, they couldn't have more patient with us non-speaking Germans and very charming couple. The house itself is situated within easy driving distance from many places of interest to visit."

"Situated in an apartment block with many local residents. Quiet and with immediate access to walks through the woods and to nearby towns. The kitchen is small and the bedroom very tight but all very serviceable. Host helpful and friendly. Organised passes for us, but not on site. "Die Betten (Schrankbett) waren mit insgesamt 1,60 m Breite für ein älteres Ehepaar sehr schmal. Der Wasserkran in der Küche an der Spüle war nicht gut angeschraubt und wackelte sehr stark. Eine Tür am Unterschrank der Spüle war defekt und fiel fast raus. Ansonsten lag die Wohnung sehr zentral und hatte einen großen Balkon."

"Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende, bei Rosis Häuschen. Im Vorfeld wurde alles kommuniziert und genau so, lief es dann auch ab. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und auch bei einer Nachfrage wurde innerhalb einer halben Stunde geantwortet. Zum kochen etc. war alles vorhanden, sowie Handtücher, Decken. Und auch an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht - mit Pfotentüchern und Näpfen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und glücklich! "
