"Beautiful traditional accommodation in historical district of Kanazawa. Very comfortable accommodation. Weather in Kanazawa was inclement and perhaps we should have been warned to bring umbrellas offered by the accommodation. Minor detail but otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful accomodation, loved the stay and would return again. The streets are narrow so the taxis/ cars can only drop you at the closest side street, not at the front door. Not many restaurant...

"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! "I stayed here travelling solo, the hotel was very nicely designed and the onsen was very nice too, and felt amazing after a long day of exploring in the cold. The breakfast was really good, and it was a great way to sample a bunch of different Japanese foods in one meal. They also give you your own pajamas which is nice if you’ve been solo travelling for a while too. Staff was very nice too. I would definitely go back if I was in Kanazawa again!"
