"This is a great apartment to stay in while in Norwich. 1. Very close to train station and city centre. 2. Well equipped kitchen for self-catering. 3. Comfy bed and bathtub. 4. Good wifi so was able to do work. However, 1. In the kitchen area, they should make sure screws are screwed down well to avoid sliced toes. 2. "The Studio was well-equipped although a tight fit in places like the kitchen and toilet. The lounge, TV viewing area and bed were good although we did not use the TV. There were plenty of books and games to use during the stay. The conservatory area was very good with lovely picture windows offering views over the neighbouring farmer's field which offered a variety of wildlife, including Muntjac deer, golden pheasant, rabbits and a multitude of smaller birds Parking was on the street right...

Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "The property has been decorated very tastefully and was immaculate. Only one comment to make and that is I wish there had been a stool to climb up onto the bed, and an obvious welcome sheet as we only found that on our last evening. Like the trays were in the cupboard and how to work the hob. Other than that couldnā€™t fault it. "

"The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"Absolutely brilliant location opposite Hotel Wroxham. However, property lacked suitable outdoor furniture as it comprised only four metal chairs and a metal table. No umbrella,which was vital for the week in question. Property was reasonably kitted out but we were fed up with banging our head on the numerous low ceilings. Notwithstanding the above, we had an enjoyable week."

"We were a little disappointed as we werenā€™t overlooking river which we obviously misread. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our dog loved the garden. Nick the owner is brilliant and dealt with a shower problem promptly and was available to ask questions. Would definitely recommend"
