The peaceful setting, with kangaroos and colourful Rosellas, made it feel like a serene retreat. "Disappointing to find both bathrooms on top level, bbq not great for even heat when cooking breakfast for 8, stove top not all elements work, oven small to cook roast for 8, no steamer for steaming vegetables. Spiders in downstairs toilet and nowhere to wash hands after being to downstairs toilet, could not turn on wash basin tap (arthritis hands) so had to wash them in kitchen sink, not hygenic. "This place is BETTER than the listing. Spacious, clean, open layout, incredible views and outdoor area, great barbecue and kitchen, whoever is lucky enough to get the ensuite will also love that. I’ve stayed in a few places in the tailum bend area and this place wins and I will be back"
