Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees, meadow, parking (for 4 cars). Grocery 10 km, shopping centre 36 km, café 11 km, bicycle rental 20 km, railway station "Mullsjö" 11 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 270 km, sandy beach "Nässjön" 4.4 km, lake Brängen 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, slopes 2 km, cross country ski track 3 km, fishing possibilities 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mullsjö Alpin 2 km, Ulricehamn skicenter 27 km, Isaberg ski resort: 70 km. Hiking paths: Nyckelåsleden 4.7 km, Ryforsleden 8 km, Hökensås 37 km.
"Hultet", 5-room house 96 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: entrance hall with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Dining room. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Walk-through room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Typisch schwedisch
Das ist genau so, wie man sich ein schwedisches Haus vorstellt. Es liegt mitten in der Natur, morgens sagt ein Rehbock "Hej". Trotzdem gut saniert und sauber, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Hilfe und Antwort auf Fragen kommen innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Top Haus, daher auch top Bewertung.
