Always nice to return to Four points in Vashi. Good location and very good service. Breakfast excellent. The only disadvantage is that the hotel feels like it been in need of a refurbishment, but it may come in the next few years.

Good Hotel.

Hotel was undergoing renovation and hence a bit messy. Front desk staff is excellent. They do not allow guest to cut queue and politely ask them to wait their turn. Breakfast is alright and service is good. They remember your selection on your second visit and will deliver it to your table. Had dinner at the cafe on the second floor. Food is good and so is the service. Bed is comfortable but the floor is a bit sticky so did not try to go barefoot. Generally housekeeping is good.

I normally don't do reviews but I have to give a special call out to the staff at Sheraton. Not only were they amazing in terms of their friendliness and helpfulness, but I personally felt they went above and beyond in terms of their service. They even provided a birthday cake for one of us since our birthday happened to fall in between our stay. Thanks again guys for making our stay pleasant and possibly one of the best (if not the best) in Mumbai

Good hotel with convenient transport links. WiFi and room telephone was not working. No towels in bathroom upon check in. No laundry lists or bags in room either. Rooms need decorating and upkeep. Seem to be bent on maximising revenue rather than customer satisfaction. They seem to employ lots of freshers who lack basic communication skills. Should invest heavily in training staff.
