"I had booked a "Deluxe" room which was supposed to have coffeemaker and toiletries. All I could find was a cake of soap. Pros: good location. 5 minutes' walk to Chhatrapati Shivaj Terminus. Bed was comfortable. Cons: the room looked as though it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. Bed linen and towel had to be changed. "

"It's unfortunate that the lift was not working, and the hotel is solely on the 3rd floor. The common portion of the building was undergoing repairs and it was dirty, but the hotel proper is very clean with good service. If you are here for the Cricket, Super Convenient!"

"We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim. We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby."
