Hotel cheat customer
I book hotel for my family through hotel. Com. I intimate them one month prior and again a day before check in. But at time of check in they denied. And ask to pay as per their charges. I can't explain that situation in words. I came from 700 km distance and with family I hv no option. They cheated on me. U can book hotel own risk. I informed hotel.com but got only assurance. I had paid 2500-3000 more.

Book on Ur own risk
I book through hotel.com but rajdoot hotel denied for check in and ask me to pay as per their charges. It cause me loss of app 3000. I feel cheated. Even though I informed rajdoot hotel at time of booking, and day before check in. I hv no option coz came from out station. Hotel.com also doesn't help adequately. I just want to say don't book rajdoot hotel or else u will suffer at check in. We can't explain situation in words when Ur coming from 1000km and Ur booked hotel doesn't allow u check in. Because Ur new to city and with family u don't hv option to pay more or else u hv to run here and there for hotel. So my suggestion will be don't book rajdoot hotel or u will suffer
