Fantastic property with lots of food and drinks options inhouse. Service was par excellence! Colaba shopping areas at back of hotel and worth a visit, though can be intimidating for the faint hearted. Staff at hotel went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and great.

The property was nice. I was a bit thrown off because I was reserved to stay at the tower but at check-in they said they upgraded us to the palace. The palace side is beautiful but very dated. I would have liked to see the tower side to compare the two options. Overall, our stay was nice and pleasant. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the ambiance was grand.

The heritage of the place is evident in every detail — from the stunning architecture to the beautifully maintained interiors. My room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and offered a magnificent view that added to the charm of the stay. The staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. I also had the chance to dine at one of their restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious — a perfect blend of taste, quality, and presentation.
