"What a wonderful, lovely cabin. It was very relaxing. It was refreshing to be around all that nature. We walked with our dogs on the trails several times a day. They enjoyed playing in the water, as did I. The owner was wonderful, answered my questions and sent me all the information needed the day before our trip. My husband and I will be back, but for a longer time so we can hike Ricketts Glen and Worlds End."

Unfortunately we were unable to cook a meal in the kitchen with food stuffs we’d purchased in town because the stove did not work. Neither could we find a microwave to help. This was disappointing. "This is our third stay at Thorne Haven and while I didn't think it possible, it was even better than before. I have shared this listing with a number of my work colleagues and they all exclaimed over the gorgeous dining room, the huge kitchen, the insane number of books, games, and movies, and that incredible master suite.
