"The house was clean and in a good location, there was plenty of crockery and cutlery and an absolute mountain of every conceivable type of glassware , tea coffee, sugar, salt and vinegar supplied but no welcome pack and we had to buy extra dishcloths as only 1 was provide, also there was no teapot provided. There were no instruction manuals for any of the electrical items.Access and parking at the property was very misleading, the road was in a dreadful state full of potholes and our third car was unable to park anywhere near the house due to restrictions ( which were only pointed out in the welcome book once you were inside!) which made it very difficult with two small children.The furniture was basic, more suited to dogs than family, no carpets which made it very noisy and the automatic stair lights were a nightmare in the night as they were so bright when they came on with no way of dimming them, again not suitable when children are asleep.Although there are two downstairs lounges all 10 of us could not sit together and had to split into the two rooms, a few throws would have been good to have.We were unable to find the remote control for the downstairs TV and it was suggested that we use the upstairs one and another would be sent out to us immediately - we never received the new remote! There are some lovely walks nearby - all in all the house ( in my opinion) would be more suitable for guests with only 2 cars, dogs and older children."

"Such a lovely little charming and traditional chalet. It was very clean and has everything you would need. Comfy beds, a little lounge with tv, a little kitchen and shower room. Lots of beautiful finishing touches, you can see that bluebird is loved and decorated to reflect this with cute beach themed decor.Susie the host is very helpful and kind. She went to a lot of effort to make sure our stay was lovely We loved staying in this cosy little chalet"

"Far too fussy and too much clutter, no room to put anything anywhere. All cupboards full. Good job only two of us so we could use spare bedroom for our cases etc. Very clean ,very quiet, but no local information. Tesco express 100 yards but very few amenities in village. No direct sun at this time of year so despite good weather couldn’t sit outside."

"Our second time staying here. Everything as good as the reviews say 10/10. Everything is close by…a walk or few minutes drive to the beach, 15 min drive into Cromer. Property has everything you can think of and lovely location We are already looking at another stay for next year. Thanks Laura & Ian "

"We had a lovely holiday. The location was fantastic - so lovely and quiet with amazing beach walks and views. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious. The beds were very, very comfortable. Living room was spacious, it was nice to have a Freesat TV with NOW TV. The sofas were comfortable. The kitchen was a little bit cramped, but was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Welcome pack was a lovely thing to receive. The only downside to this place was the bathrooms - especially on the top floor. We could not have a proper bath or shower because of the water pressure. The toilet on the top floor did not flush very well. Bathroom on first floor, the toilet seat was broken and when we tried to have a shower, we got scalded by the extreme water temperature. It would have been nice to have a shower as you could not bath. It would be nice to have a few clocks about, as we had to keep going into the kitchen to check the time. Despite the downsides, we would definitely be back!!"
