Quiet, Proximity- to- Flughafen, Clean. The three story AKZENT Hotel Aufkirchen is inviting and easy to locate. Parking is within walking distance but for front drop-off is available. Rooms were clean with a modern accents and well stocked for the number of guest. The safe, phone, coffee maker and other room conveniences are present and functional. Checkin and checkout was easy and quick. The surroundings town has a maintained walking path and the hotel is collocated with a dentist office should you have any dental needs.

15 mins from Munich Airport!
Great place to stay with free parking for our rental car. Last nights in Europe. Close to Erding for great restaurants. Very comfortable room with modern bathroom. Clean and tidy. Breakfast €17 was good too. Easily made it to airport in time. A hassle free stay.

A little far from Erding….
This hotel is in a small village but pretty close to the airport. Our family of four needed a room for one night until our accommodations in Munich were ready and were flying in the evening. Upon arrival, our room was stuffy (no ac) and with no screens on windows the flies came in when we tried to air out our room. The night attendant was pretty unfriendly and we had several issues like a window not shutting and the TV needing to reset that he did help with but begrudgingly. The hotel is located in a small village. The only food is the adjacent Italian restaurant who does not accept credit cards and seems to have only one person working, at least at night. We were grateful we decided to eat at airport and did not rely on that place for a late dinner. The beds were large by European standards but so noisy- the sheets made a sound with every movement. In the morning things improved- the day attendant was helpful and we found with a pre-purchased Bayern family ticket we could easily catch the bus at the stop about a five minute walk away. The 515 bus takes you to the S8 train stop in about 15 minutes, which gets you into Munich in about 25 minutes. Mind the bus schedule though as it is infrequent. But if well timed this works well. The buffet breakfast was good also. The hotel posts photos of a pool and fitness center- these do not exist. Just know you are in a remote village. Erding is close by, but if you don’t have a car it is not accessible.
