Terrific location but hotel felt a bit like an upscale hostel. The room shown on the photograph for a standard room was not a standard room. The towels were thin but the hanging hooks were convenient

Great, convenient stay in a nice area of Munich. Short walk to a UB station and the English Garden. Room had comfortable AC and amenities. Would recommend!

Brilliant staff, bright and clean hotel. Shower, AC and double bed very good. Short walk to the metro which is the easiest system ever. Short walk to the English Garden. The gym was a bit 'style over substance', they need to get a rack of hand weights. They could do with a kettle and coffee making equipment and a little fridge in the rooms, don't find many places who don't have them.

The property is fresh, modern and clean. It is close to the trains and trams. The breakfast was well worth the price. The best restaurants are on the same street. It is on a busy street, but we had a street side room and it was very quiet. The Jacuzzi & Sauna were a real treat. We were a group of 4 with 2 children. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights in July and highly recommend this property. Check in was smooth. We were early, and the front desk was happy to hold our luggage. There are many fantastic restaurants within walking distance, so we went to eat until our room was ready. When we returned, our luggage had already been brought to our room. The property is immaculate. The hotel is modern and compact, with thoughtful design details for storage and comfort. The bedding is excellent. We found the pillows to be a little flat, and the staff was quick to provide us with a few extra pillows. The hot tub and sauna were again immaculate and a lovely treat after long days of exploring Munich. The location is excellent for shopping, dining and transportation. Public transportation in Munich is incredibly reliable and efficient. I would happily book this property again. We had an incredible experience!

everything was really good, except that on our last day a person on the front desk charged us 7 euros for two coffees, kind of cheap after all the money I spent at this hotel. No courtesy at the very end of our visit. I was not happy at all.

I sort of expected a little more given the high rating here. The location was wonderful, and the feel is very modern. All good. But things are a little cramped in the rooms, and the staff did a poor job navigating their own error vis-a-vis the included breakfast (I hadn’t booked it but apparently received it as a free upgrade, as I was notified on check-in…only to have the staff confront me mid-breakfast one morning and tell me there had been an error and that I needed to pay for all future breakfasts. Thus ended my breakfast perk, and I didn’t end up having to pay for the few days I had eaten, so no big deal; but I think the smart, customer-friendly move would have been to say nothing and keep me enthusiastic about the surprise bonus). I probably will look elsewhere next time I come to Schwabing.

The neighbourhood is amazing! Nearby the English Garden, shopping (e.g. Patagonia), coffee shops (e.g. Starbucks). Very walkable, even to the city center, the Alte Pinakothek, Max Planck, etc. Really liked the location. The suite was also cozy and the service at the hotel excellent. I only liked less the fitness center... missing my elliptical and kettlebells.
