"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. Place is nice looking and stuff but dirty. Mold in bathroom. Blood stain on sheets. No Wi-Fi. The auto light in hallway stays on for 10...

It was that good that after our stay we booked the same apartment again for our return from our road trip to poland . Its honestly a great experience and the price was brilliant. "There was urine on the mattress. The shower head wasn’t connected to the shower line, the hot water was turned off and customer service was useless to help. There is a sleeper couch with a mattress that is ripped, dirty, and I guarantee is covered in bed bugs. The floor is dirty and will turn your socks brown. Oh and also the entrance code randomly changes so you may get locked out for a night. Good luck."

"Leider war in der Ferienwohnung die" Küche" komplet alt und "zusammen gewürfelt". Anstatt eines Herdes gab es nur eine transportable 2 platten kochplatte. Im bad waren fliesen defekt, im Wohnzimmer löcher in den wänden und der einzige Schrank im Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur eine Tür öffnen, da die 2. defekt ist. "
