"We stayed for 3 nights in December, the breakfast was good and never busy, staff checking us in wet friendly and polite and spoke multiple languages. The areas itself is ok, it's near a tram stop into the centre of Basel and within close enough proximity to local amenities such as the Co-op to stock up on some essentials for cooking. The apartment was a good size with hob, microwave and fridge / freezer included which was handy. A bit disappointed with the pool area, it could use a refresh to...

"We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and had a lovely time. The place is actually better than the pictures. Nice kitchen, good bathroom, bed were good enough (although might need replacing some tome soon). The balcony is lovely in the morning for breakfast amd the garden is great for drinks and lazing around. Swimming in the lake is great! The only down side was the neighbours macross the road making a noise."

Die Fensterfront nach Westen ist abends wirklich traumhaft.WLAN funktionierte auch gut. Die selbstgebaute Küche sieht toll aus, bei der Ausstattung konnten wir nicht alles finden was die Website hergibt. "Charmingly appointed studio uphill from town of Lenzkirch in Southern Black Forest. Private balcony with nice views was perfect for breakfast and sitting in the evening. The only slightly minor initial inconvenience was having to get the key at a different location. Owners Christine & Gunther were very easy to communicate with and provided many local suggestions via the rental guidelines which they kindly translated into English before our arrival. :) ‘Loved our stay in the Black Forest!!"

"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."
