The room are so spacious. The breakfast buffet is full of authentic indonesian food and delicious (I'm indonesian). Th amenities is great, the staff are friendly. They have children playground as well near the breakfast area.
The only improvement to make is to clean the moldy part on the curtain. But the room, bed, bed, and everything else is nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Excellence from start to finish. This resort has an old school classiness that is hard to find these days. The level of service is outstanding. One of the best resort breakfasts we've had with a wide variety of choices from Western to Asian to Indonesian. Special thanks to Executive Assistant Manager, Angga Ramadhan, for his gracious hospitality during our visit. We will always fondly remember our stay at Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel.

Location of this hotel is excellent but room is run down curtains moldy, white towels are not white which I did not use, bedsheets with stains but is clean sheet. Kettle with white stains not clean.

Nice hotel but room too tired now and desperately need refurbishment. Some weird smell when entered the room. Shower room has faulty part so I used the bath often. Breakfast really nice varieties but taste very average. I expected more from this as one of the reason I booked to stay in this hotel. I would say overall it’s overrated. Gym facilities is fab though!

"Nice and modern room that is also super spacey. The breakfast selection is great and the club menus are decent too. Staff are very helpful. 10 seconds sheltered walk to the big mall with plenty of f&b options. But the traffic around the hotel is often quite congested"
